Growing up in one of Sydney’s toughest suburbs and homeless at sixteen, Shani learned resilience long before she learned strategy. As a single mum rebuilding from scratch, she realised success couldn’t just be dollars. It had to be freedom - real freedom.

The Turning Point

In 2020, she didn’t start over from strength; she started from conviction. Within 30 days of launching her coaching business, she generated five figures in revenue, proving that clarity and action beat chaos and circumstance every time.

The Transformation

Two years later, Shani scaled to seven figures and built ScaledUp.io from the ground up.
