meet the Eligibility Criteria;
do not achieve the Target Performance Outcome within the Relevant Period; and
submit a written request to the Company for a refund within seven days of the end of the Relevant Period,
disclose to the Company details of the average number of new clients you sign up each month for the 12-month period ending on the first day of the Relevant Period (as shown by relevant documentary business records);
register and attend the Buyers Workshop in its entirety;
complete all the information in the Buyers Workshop workbook;
attend all scheduled “Velocity Hour” sessions in their entirety;
complete all “Watched” and “Actioned” items on the “Map to 1 Million Training Schedule Map” and demonstrate that all action items within each of the modules have been completed in their entirety;
attend all scheduled “Hours of Power” sessions in their entirety;
use your best endeavours to follow and implement the Buyers Method; and
disclose to the Company the total number of new clients you signed up during the Relevant Period (as shown by relevant documentary business records),
“Relevant Period”: the four-week period starting on the date on which you attend the Buyers Workshop.
“Target Performance Outcome”: in the Relevant Period, signing up a total number of new clients (i.e., clients who have not engaged you to provide services at any time in the past) that is at least equal to the average number of new clients you signed up each month in the 12-month period ending on the first day of the Relevant Period.
For example, if, on average, you sign up 5 new clients a month in the 12 months before the start of the Relevant Period, and you sign up 5 new clients during the Relevant Period, then you will have achieved the Target Performance Outcome.
You acknowledge that this clause has been brought to your attention and that you understand that it is within your exclusive power and control to satisfy the Eligibility Criteria.
